I’ve been a regular at this location for 7+ years for my annual eye exams, but I’ll be finding a new place after my recent experience. I was told by a doc (who I’ve never worked with before) that my prescription changed even though I felt my vision with my current glasses was still sharp. I reluctantly bought a new pair of glasses with a credit card (I’m a broke college student). Well it started off fabulous! You are greeted by a gentleman with a great attitude and wonderful patience. He not only walk she threw all the little exams that are pre-Dr, but he took my broken frames and took it upon himself to help at least attempt to fix them in which I thought was impossible and he absolutely fix them buying me time that I desperately needed to wait on my new glasses. Have gritted our teeth through misunderstanding after mistake after misunderstanding. And gave grace repeatedly but today was the final straw. After definitely selecting the warranty the first two times on our order, somehow the 3rd time it got put together the employee (whom we will leave anonymous) must have forgotten to select it. Instead of understanding that mistakes happen the manger continually blamed us and refused to understand we tried to do everything correct.
