Loyal customer – I have been a customer at this Visionworks location for many years and have been very pleased with the service. I am surprised to see such bad reviews and experiences. One time they did mess up my contact order, but they submitted a re-order and gave me a free pair of contacts to make up for the error. Mainly I return because I've had really good eye exams and the prices are resonable.
money grubbers – Do not ever use Doctor
Loyal customer review. – I've been going here for years. The doctors are professional and observant. The sales floor is nice and laid back, always willing to answer questions. The prices are most reasonable. I only wear contacts, but they do have a good variety of reasonable ($50-$100) and even nice designer glasses. Once they even gave me an extra lens when I lost the other one. Another time they gave me a discounted exam for being a loyal customer.
Just fine – I was surprised to see all the negative reviews, I've had a fine time here. The doctor was professional, the process and wait time just fine, and the price is cheap. The people that have helped me are friendly and not pushy. I bought glasses and contacts a year ago, went in just recently to have my glasses repaired. The person helping me went through the extra hardship of drilling out the super glue I had used, and was even pleasant about it.
Good Experience – I had a very good experience here. My last eye exam was at Walmart and vision works was much more thorough. The optometrist was very friendly and really listened to me talk about my issues and made some very good suggestions. They had modern equipment and gave me a lot more attention than Walmart. I am confident they got my prescription perfect, which I wasn't at Walmart. As far as the rest of my experience, it was very positive. Worst place to get your vision checked – Dr. Vision works is the worst place to get your vision checked. I went in before the labor day weekend and personally paid for an exam for glasses and contacts. I had no help picking out glasses that were best suited to me. They were rude and barley noticed I was there. I waited two hours for an exam. I was then told that my contacts would be in the next week. I went back that friday and no contacts. I was informed that because of the holiday weekend it would take until the next week.... read more
Will not give refunds for bad glasses -- – they do not know how to measure glasses properly and will basically tell you to wear them -- I had two pairs which was measured @ 28 and associate argued with lab manager that they were measured correctly -- lab manager looked at me and said I was 23 measurement....and even when I had another store in AZ measure, I was told that they did not know how to measure lenses. After glasses remade, still not right...been writing the Corporate office (ECCA) and they will not contact customer... read more
Incompetence – Let's see. First they put lenses in some galsses I bought that didn't have the $100 upgrade I paid for. I had to call them out, and then they got some new lenses. So aside from the fact that they tried to rip me off...oh, yes and it turns out that they sold be women's frames, which I admit is my fault, but they could have let me know. thanks for nothing vision (doesn't)works
