Very inconsistent customer service from office to office. The Saturday Doctor in St Peter Missouri is not very accommodating.

Ordered my glasses 15 days ago and I still do not have them (with no idea when they will be in). When I called to inquire, I was told it was a “breakage problem”. If that is really true, why can’t they tell me when they will be in? Shouldn’t their lab take responsibility and expedite fulfillment of the order?
