Booked 2 appointments for my children online over 2 weeks ago for today 5/19 at the Strongsville location. Received confirmation emails 3 days ago (May 16). They called and CONFIRMED my daughter's appointment on 5/17 with her. Arrive for the appointments and told we don't have appointments. the lady behind the desk was CLUELESS and thought we maybe had appointments at another location.
