I have been going to Visionworks for years first in their Lincoln Park location on Clark Street and most recently in their new Logan Square location. The service and glasses were always excellent. Specifically I want to commend Jonathan for giving me excellent customer service with a very friendly demeanor. He was great!!
Their entire staff, starting with Cole, my first contact at the store, and including Alex, Jocelyn and Jonathan, were polite, welcoming and professional. I had a few issues with my lenses and they took care of my issues with a smile. They did not try to avoid my problems, they searched to make sure they corrected them...Thanks, all!

Visionworks on Elston and Logan dr. Gregory is an excellent doctor very kind very friendly did my answering questions that was very patient the team members were also very excellent answered all your questions and was able to help you with no problems Jacqueline was also very helpful
Worst customer service ever! Walked in with my son and not one of the 5 staff that were present spoke. I wanted to get some information about their sale and no one came to help. We walked around for 10-15 minuets and still no help.
