I am hard of hearing and rely on lip reading. I had gotten my prescription before this Covid hit and went in today to order my glasses that I need. The person there was not accommodating at all. I explained a few times that I cannot hear and can read lips. He kept talking with his mask on and refused to help me out. Said he can’t remove his mask and continued to talk. Definitely lost my business and I will go somewhere else who is ADA compliant and get my glasses.

Below is my experience at Visionworks, I did receive my money back thanks to the acting manager, however I never received a call back from upper management and or an apology from the person that I referenced below which tells me that nothing will be done.
