Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Calls children “it”. Sends 4 emails but none of them say children aren’t allowed, let alone a sleeping one. I would not recommend you spend your money here if you have small children.
I had an exam in January that I paid $90 bucks for. I never got my prescription filled because I couldn’t find any frames I liked. My negligence of course. I broke my frames over the weekend and can not see very well without them. So, I came to the store to see if I could get more glasses plus go ahead and get some contacts because my glasses wouldn’t be ready today. RecommendedDecided to visit Visionworks because my normal eye doctor was completely packed through August and I needed contacts before I head back to work. Everyone was extremely friendly, they were so quick, and had all the precautions for COVID! I didn’t even have to wait for my contacts because they had them in stock. Will be visiting again!

I sent my uncle there and they said the take wellcare but charged full price no discount for insurance also he was not offered the free extra glasses
