I have had nothing but a bad experience with this store for one whole yr! They lost my first pair of glasses delaying the receipt by a month. They never replaced the scratched lens when the glasses finally arrived. Now they said I did not buy the warranty! Associate ran to my car and finally said they found the warranty purchase after I had left the store.

Dr. Wang has to be the nicest doctor I've ever met. She is SO funny! overall great experience and I see wonderful. The only bad side of my experience was that I had to wait a while for someone to help me next door where you buy your glasses.
