My first visit. Very Impressed when I first walked in and was warmly greeted by your staff. Aries was amazing from her customer service, her respectful manners and the professionalism she took on her work. She made getting my eyes examined as pleasant as possible. The doctor was very charming and listened to my needs and he got me back to 20/20. So no complaints here. I would highly recommend this office for your eye prescription needs.
I've been going to eye exams for the past 15 years, and have never had such a bad experience. Every staff member I encountered was unprofessional and rude to me. The few questions I had was met with the word "obviously" like I should obviously know the answer to the question, and it felt very demeaning. I also had no knowledge that this appointment would be virtual, and I would not have been okay with it. Great service and knowledgeable
Thank you to the staff at Visionworks to help my 14year old son transition from glasses to contacts. The manager Gaylord was so patient explaining how to put his contacts on and off. Gaylord was encouraging and very helpful. We were able to sample the two week contacts and the dailys to choose the best contacts for my son. I would recommend anyone to book an appointment for a good experience at Visionworks.
If I could give zero stars I would. I started coming to the Easton location at 4142 Seward St. in Columbus, Ohio because it was close to my home. I knew nothing previously about the doctor or their reception. For the past two years, I have received text messages, emails, and paper mail informing me that I am overdue for my annual visit. The problem is I've never missed a yearly visit. I have spoken to numerous persons concerning this issue at both VIsionworks and Perceptive Eyecare and was promised that the issue would be r... read more

Don't shop at the Taylors Store in SC.... Unless you want to be insulted by the store manager! I was in the Taylors Vision Works store a while back; and I happen to overhear the store manager Kevin call a female customer a horrible insult in referring to her physical shape; it was said behind her back as a joke to another worker I believe his name was Mike or Matt. When I asked, by phone, whether the store had an Optometrist on site I was told that this was, indeed, the case. Yet, when arriving I was not helped by an Optometrist, but by a Tele Health person. It was explained to me that a few tests were necessary because the "real" Optometrist would be in touch via Zoom. Since I only needed an eye-test to see if I needed stronger lenses, and since just 3 weeks earlier I had been seen by an Opthamologist who had done a great number of tests, I told the person that I did NOT need all thes... read more
I lost my survey for my glasses order, which stinks because I can't rate this place 5/5 twice. Sarah was very professional in her demeanor and helped me get my glasses to me in 90 minutes even though the glasses construction part of the shop was closing up for the day. Matt the technician also rocked and I love being able to see in HD again. 10/10 would recommend
