I will first start with a positive statement. A year ago my visit was very great. The young lady that helped me was outstanding from the minute I came until the day I received my glasses. She alone gets 5 stars. However, today, my call to the office was disturbing. I only wanted an answer to a question. Spoke to three persons and all were snappy and not helpful, until I persisted.
