I will first start with a positive statement. A year ago my visit was very great. The young lady that helped me was outstanding from the minute I came until the day I received my glasses. She alone gets 5 stars. However, today, my call to the office was disturbing. I only wanted an answer to a question. Spoke to three persons and all were snappy and not helpful, until I persisted. RecommendedHas a wonderful experience with Jasmine on 12/18. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and she did a GREAT job helping me and Hubby find glasses. She was very knowledgeable about our insurance and their products. Will recommended her to friends.
I went in to Vision Works 01/17/19, devastated that I required glasses. Shunny waited on me. She was professional & so knowledgeable. Her personality made an uncomfortable experience extremely pleasant. I was having difficulty picking a frame & she found several frames for me to chose from that actually complemented my face. I will request her if I need additional services & will recommend Vision Works/Shunny to all my friends & coworkers.

Brandy and another young lady that works there, were so helpful to me today. The store lived up to their ad unlike another store in town. Can't wait to get my glasses. Will leave another note then. Really knew what they were doing.
