RecommendedOn Sun. 3-1-20 I needed a new nose piece for my glasses. I went to the Beltway 8 at Wallisville location. Not only did the young man fix my nose pieces he had a great attitude doing it. Sometimes in this area you get young people who just don't care and are there going through the day to day routine.Customer Service is very good here and I will be back. Very impressed with the folks at this location. We were heading out to eat and one of the nose pieces came off while I was cleaning my glasses. It was almost 7PM, which is when they close. I called them, told them my issue and that I wasn't sure if I would be there before 7. They stayed open a few minutes late waiting for us so I could get my glasses fixed. Both nose pieces were replaced, and they cleaned my glasses. Huge thank you for going above and beyond!!

Ms. Emma gave great customer service as soon as I walked in. Assist me with not only finding my pair of glasses from the day before, also cutting my price on the cost of the glasses 👓 less then what I was going to pay originally. Please come see Ms. Emma to cut your eyewear price in half. Thank you, Emma !!!
