I would characterize myself as frugal. My spa treats are carefully chosen. I regularly get a great haircut and care from Sarah. I also get a shampoo and blow dry for special occasions from that same artful stylist.

Too many price increases and the customer is not informed of the price increase until after the haircut and paying at the front desk. As a 15 year regular customer here I thought the communication would be better. It's still a good hair salon but any price increases should e be communicated beforehand.

I had an appt for partial foil… been to salon/stylist several times. At this appt, sat in chair and mentioned to stylist what I wanted… partial foil showing some contrast - so not wanting all one color. I’ve had this many times before and usually results are good. This appt however, the stylist added an $80 treatment, without telling me/or asking if it was okay to add this treatment. I’ve been going to Visions Hair Salon for years, and I can’t say enough good things! I have very curly hair, and Kerri is the only stylist I’ve ever found who truly understands how to cut it. She is absolutely masterful. The salon itself is always spotless, and the staff is consistently warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!
