It was my first time visiting New Look for an eye exam and progressive glasses, and I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Baradi was incredibly thorough during the checkup, and Karen did a fantastic job ensuring my new glasses fit perfectly. Highly recommend their professional team!
They were super helpful and eye exam was done quickly. Staff is super friendly and didn't get mad at us for taking hours to select our glasses.
Harlene was very patient and helpful while I was selecting my new frames. I also saved money thanks to the buy one get one free promotion!
