My wife and I have nothing but thanks and appreciation respecting Victoria and Dr. Baradi at New Look optical in Abbbotsford. Their response to a very painful eye problem was nothing short of phenomenal. Not only did they get my wife in for an eye exam on very short notice but then went further and connected her with an ophthalmologist due to the seriousness of the situation. 6 stars!

I had an amazing experience at this eyewear store! Harman was incredibly helpful and patient while I tried on different frames. She gave honest recommendations and helped me find a pair that fits my needs.
Absolutely love this place!! Great customer service, and Quality is top notch. Love the 2 for 1 deal, My daughter was able to get prescription sunglasses for her 2nd pair which she is very excited about. My families been going here for years, and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.
