Update : I brought my espresso machine home removed the backing found the pump was broke, found the part easy on the internet Espresso parts. com changed it out in 5 minutes clean the head, descaled it for 68$ it now works great! Thanks for nothing Visions!! brought machine in December 15th... no word Tue, 06 Feb 2018 until I started calling/emailing Sorry for the delay, we are still catching up on home machine repairs from before the holidays.
