By far the worst experience I have ever had with a medical provider. I even tried convincing myself that I was just being sensitive due to pregnancy, but then I saw the reviews and spoke to come colleagues who also have experience with her. She is downright rude. If she is on call when I go into labor, I will cross my legs until she is off duty.

Dr Kufold retired, so now his patients can't been seen for 5 months. The first available is 10/13/23. My dad is 85 years old, hx of stroke, HTN, dementia. So I asked what he should do with regarding his health, protime blood test and Rx refills. I was told to basically figure it out til then. I asked the hours of their walkin clinic. I was told it was for emergencies only. I said this is an emergency as he needs labs and prescriptions to live before suffering another stroke and possibly dying. Fraudulent business practices. I specifically called and scheduled a yearly physical. Told them I didn't want anything more than that because of my high deductible insurance. Then the doctor asked me a few questions during the physical and I got the bill for $123 for an office visit. I've called three times and appealed it, asked to speak to a director, etc. The director has yet to call me back, they're always confused about the bill, and most of them have been so rude to me. Dr. Isaac son is very blunt and unvaryingly uncomfortable. A friend told me he was on drugs.

I normally do not give reviews but I can not stand South Bend Clinic they are the worse, so I have 2 children who go to the Portage location and there doctor retired and was told they can go to the 2 other doctors in the office, which my daughter has already seen one of them so I called to make a well check visit and flu shot appt and they are telling me that oh well you have to call the insurance provider and have them switched over before we can make an appt, so I called the ins provider and she switched them over and even... read more

Call wait times are ridiculous! Don’t bother trying the callback hold your place in line option because they don’t call back. Every call takes 20 minutes or more of hold time.

The south bend clinic located at 211 n Eddy South bend IN, Dr credi office and staff are horrible they don't care about their patient health when you call about your health and they feel like your calling to much they will stop answering the phone and ignore your calls. We had to call from a different number just to be able to talk to someone. Dr credi is a horrible surgeon who needs to retire he has bad bedside manner and a high rate for infections

This place is absolutely ruthless in their billing practices. They do not care about patients at all.
