I've been coming to VisionMakers for a while now, and never had issues. Friendly staff, and a large selection of glasses to choose from.
Dr. Fenton is awesome!! Whenever I see him he always has a smile on his face and makes you feel welcome. This time around was the first time I got my glasses with Visionmakers and they had so many styles to choose from and if you like something they will go out of their way to help you find something similar that your insurance will cover. I'm so glad I went to Visionmakers.
The doctor was very good. My insurance covered the bill. Prescription I spot on. However when they called me and said my glasses were ready for pickup, I figured I would go pick them up on my lunch break. For a simple pickup I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen for a 2 minutes consultation. If my insurance wasn't coving it I would have purchased my glasses elsewhere as the prices seem excessive compared to where I usually buy them.
Dr. Fenton is great. Easy to work with, and efficient yet I never feel rushed. The staff is fun and they are as efficient as they can be given the hordes of people that come through that office every day. Never have to wait long in the office. Highly recommend!
DR Fenton is THE BEST !! And the girls treat you with the best customer service!!
Been going here for years. Couldn't imagine going to anywhere else! Even with location change or insurance change I still follow
