I wish I could give 5 stars, but unfortunately my experience hasn’t quite met that level. The doctor is very kind and the exams are thorough, and the staff is also friendly and helpful overall. However, my last visit was frustrating. I clearly mentioned that I have two insurances, but only one was used for both my contacts and glasses. When I brought it up at the end, I was told only one had been applied. They eventually corrected it, but the process took much longer than expected. All staff has been very friendly, my appointment has always began on time, and my exams have been thorough and quick without pushing anything they don’t see necessary which is appreciated. Dr T is very personable and you can tell you cares greatly for his patients and serving the community. Very grateful I found a new optometrist here after moving to Austin

We recently visited Austin, TX, but upon arriving I realized I had not packed my contacts lenses. I called Vision & Eyes on Parmer Lane and was told to come to the shop to see if they could assist me. I shared my prescription from my home eye care center with Dr. Thi Nguyen, OD at Vision & Eyes and he promptly checked their inventory and provided me with a trial pair of contacts that not only met my prescription needs, but was a superior brand to what I normally use.
