Excellent customer service. Glen was so patient with me while I tried on my frames. All the staff was very professional and friendly. They carry quality frames at reasonable prices. I wish I had discovered them before I had my exam elsewhere as I found their exam to be priced below where I went. I highly recommend Vision Excel and will continue to tell everyone I know what a great place it is.
I have been to many eye glass stores and have always been disappointed. Finally, I found the best place to buy eye glasses. Dr. Guzman, the optometrist, was so patient and professional. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Nicole helped me choose my glasses. She took her time with me and found the perfect pair for me. I have received a lot of compliments. The rest of the staff were also helpful. They all truly cared. I will always go back to them. I was so lucky to find Vision Excel!!!

Melissa went above and beyond for my daughter who many frames won’t and haven’t worked for due to her special needs. Recently she went above what I know is in her job description when she drove to new paltz to borrow a pair of frames for us to try since they didn’t carry them. They also always keep spare parts they know my little one always manages to break so they have them on hand when we come in.
