For some reason i was givin the dilating eye drops BEFORE my eye exam... Even after i said something... So I don't feel like I got a proper exam. And my prescription lenses were not right when i came to pick them up. They just did not fit right either. They were far to big for my face. Everyone was very kind. But the doctor messed up my prescription lenses. I have severe astigmatism and I was not given lenses to correct that. Just to correct my nearsighted vision. Due to this I suffered ocular migraines for over a year before seeing another provider and finding out my lenses were not correct for my eyes. I was diagnosed with astigmatism at age 10, its in my chart and I verbally told the doctor as well.

I was met with kindness but absolutely no direction on how to use contacts properly. This is my first time using contacts, and I have no idea what I’m doing. I had to bring my 25 year old best friend in to help me. I have spent hours in their classes while they sit and stare at me. Emily was wonderful with me, but everyone else has not been helpful at all.
