Run don't walk away from this property management company. From day 1 moving in to the last was nothing but awful experiences. House was dirty moving in and had a hole in one of the bedrooms from a roof leak, took photos and attached to move in sheet. Would leak when it rained. Management company said it was probably ac drain pan and wanted to have tech come out. Told them I had already checked drain pan and only leaked when raining. This property management is horrible I have a plumbing emergency and I am unable to get a hold of anyone. I submitted a service request online and sent emails. This is not the first time we have had this issue. You have to be completely on top of any service request or it won't get done. Half the time I do it my self or hire someone as it is damn near impossible. It took the 6 month to send someone out for a roof leak.

I am now in year 3 of my condo lease with company and am dreading that i even signed up for another year. Repair requests have gone unanswered after multiple attempts and even now i have been ignored by them regarding a mold issue i am dealing with which at this point is to be continued!
