I’ve been a customer of this store for several years now. I’ve had prescription glasses made there four times throughout the years. Today I am most grateful because I just got my Rayban Meta made with multi focal lens back from them. They have such a great customer service, especially Mr. Long who remembers me every time I come back. Their prices are very affordable plus the turn out time is quicker than other shops, highly recommended.

I had such a great experience at Visionary Optometrists. Irene was so patient with me when I was learning how to use contact lenses for the first time. She took her time, explained everything really clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Honestly, I was a bit nervous going in, but she made the whole process so much easier and I walked out feeling confident. Couldn’t recommend Irene enough – she’s amazing!
I want to give a very positive review for Visionary Optometrists Bankstown, and especially for Eirini Katsadima. She was absolutely amazing with my daughter. Eirini took almost an hour to carefully explain, step by step, how to insert and remove contact lenses. She was incredibly patient, calm, and professional, making sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process.
