We had Mile from Visionary come by our home multiple times to do warranty work. He was the best! Always reliable, punctual, and professional. We enjoyed working with him every time. Very much recommend his work.
We love our new home (been in for just over a year) and Mike the warranty guy was extremely helpful! There were a few things that needed adjusting after we moved in and Mike came over multiple times and went above and beyond to made sure we were taken care of. We're so happy with it all and especially appreciate Mike and the warranty team. Everything we had a question or concern about has been addressed. Looking forward to raising our family here. We closed about a week ago and the gone buying/building process has been incredibly difficult. Visionary sold off to an international company a few months ago and has now introduced a new "streamlined process" that is everything else but streamlined. After living in our home for only 2 years, we’ve been surprised by the terrible craftsmanship, faulty HVAC, plumbing issues, etc. The warranty office acts like we are making stuff up. Why would we want to deal with issues? We hate the fact we’ve had to battle with Visionary to correct clearly faulty problems. Every time they’ve finally relented and fixed it, it’s clear there was a problem and it wasn’t being “imagined” on our end.
