On October 28, 2025, I was seen by Dr. Marielle Mahan, after a long battle on a blocked tear conduit. Initially, I thought I would have a routine check, but to my surprise, Dr. Mahan performed a very detail, and excellent examination on my condition, offered alternatives, and had thorough understanding of the symptom. I had a surgical follow-up appointment this morning for 8:00 am. Fully confirmed. The office is closed and has been since I arrived at 7:55 am. Phone is not being answered. Reflects poorly.

Responding to the 1 star from a patient posted same day. 1 star given because patient said no one was there to let them in - stood- up, so to speak. If I had heard an assertive knock, I would have peeked out and let you in. I was sitting by the door next to the water cooler from 7:30 am until 8:30 ish. Dr. Blair was in surgery with my mom. Three staff members and a patient all arrived freely, no locked door.
