Dr. Hayes is simply the best and her staff is equally as wonderful! Dr. Hayes is a kind and compassionate physician who spends time with each and every patient.
I'm interested in BHRT....so I stopped by this office, without an appointment, after researching them online. I wanted to see the office and get a sense of what the staff was like. I received a nice big smile as soon as I walked in the door! The front office folks are great! They gave me all the information I was looking for and answered all my questions. Met the RN, also great....smiling faces all around! Made an appointment to see the physician so "stay tuned"....
Doctor Hayes is awesome! The Staff is great too. I have never had a doctor show such care and attention as she has. At one point I was admitted to the hospital and she was an advocate for me just as I was! If you are able to be a patient of Doctor Jennifer Hayes you will be happy. I sure am!

They are awesome my favorite is Dr. Sharon Welsh she is always so nice! The staff is so amazing and the doctors try to resolve an urgent problem over the phone when it's not normal business hours with their answering service, unlike other doctors that will tell you to go to a walk in clinic or wait to make an appointment the next business day. This place is awesome!
