I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service of this place. Never got to know of the product or technicians are good or not. They cancelled me before I could even find out. My story- Friendly start. Good followthrough. They were gonna come by and show me samples. Here’s where they failed, then ultimately blame me, the customer. The day that they were supposed to come by, they decided to confirm the address. 5 stars!!! I called ahead with a bunch of questions since I was totally new to tinting, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. I was so impressed that I asked for his name—and it turned out to be the owner himself, Paul! The whole process was super smooth. My car looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. Highly recommend Paul and his team!!
