My mind was blown- they offered to remake my glasses and replace them for free… I will post a picture to see if I can believe it!?!?!
Lousy glasses broke within one week and they said that they would replace them but that was in April- it’s now August- was told why dont I just go kill myself!!! I just got out of the hospital for trying to- wow how embarrassing for the doctor for having such aweful staff!!!
Dr. Jordan and staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I actually enjoy my visits ☺️
After insurance approval, and an apparently rare frame that took over a month to get, when the glasses finally came in the prescription was so bad I wouldn't have been able to walk out the door with them so I OBVIOUSLY refused the glasses, despite one of the ladies continual insistance that I take them with me. Now, I am out the 400 that my insurance pays and 300 out of pocket that I had to pay. They wont take responsibility and as yet have NOT refunded my money.
