Outstanding service! I had the nose pad of my glasses break off (due to getting smashed in the face by a football thrown by a 5-year-old) four hours in to a 13 hour road trip to spend Christmas in Mountain Home. First thing in the morning, I went in to Walmart, but they only had cheap adhesive pads which I knew would not be a good solution. I decided to try Vision Xpress as I left, hoping they could help me. Waiting 14 days since I had my eye exam and still no glasses. The person answering the phone is rude as everything as well! Don't use these people if you want your glasses in a timely manner!
