This is the worst place I have ever gotten glasses. I would not recommend it. And I will never go back.The receptionist were loud and gossiped of others freely. My lenses are not correct and when I spoke to the Dr. about it , he advised me, that if I hold them up and look out of them I should be able to see. I will never go back.....
Newest experience 2026: I think we need to take "Xpress" out of that name. I did NOT have a great experience with them today. I was early because of timing with other appointments and was hoping I might slip in early. Nope, I was actually getting seen 30 minutes PAST my appointment time. I am sitting there waiting and see the sign on the reception desk that says that if you are over 10 minutes late, you need to reschedule. Um... what concessions do I get when YOU are late? Vision ‘Xpress’. The irony! Express, these people are not. Bone-idle would be the proper adjective. I chose to give Vision Xpress my business in 2022. I had visited them twice within 1 month to have an eye exam and fulfill 2 lens scripts for 2 pairs of glasses. I had no issues whatsoever with both separate orders which is why I decided to return to this markedly lazy business. This is the most horrible place to buy glasses. I paid for two sets of glasses March 10. They had to be sent back three times because they were not with the correct lenses and while I was waiting For them to call me about the last pair of glasses coming in so that I can pick them up, they tried to argue with me and say that they called me a month ago and said that they were in which is not true.
