I've just got my frames replaced because of a defect and I've had them for over a year, no questions asked. They have great customer service.
Everyone in office is patient and friendly. They always want you to be happy with the glasses or contacts that you are buying from them, and they do go the extra mile to ensure this. If there’s a problem with the product later on, they are always helpful and prompt! I’ve been going to them for almost 20 yrs and never had a complaint.
From the moment I walked in the girls at the desk were super friendly and very helpful. The Dr. was great and did a thorough eye exam. They even fixed my sunglasses that were impossible for me to fix. I would recommend this place to everyone.
