WAS a returning customer but Vision wellness lost my family of four as customers! Dr. Lee in Verado is great but his staff sucks! The girl in the front doing scheduling rude. She was very snippy no customer service. And would not schedule my family of four for the same day. When in the past they would schedule my family of four on the same day. I’ve always waited in the office for at least 45 minutes prior to being called back for my appointment. I have also always blindly paid more than I thought was reasonable for my appointment that my insurance is supposed to cover. I really wanted this place to work out because it’s so close to where I live but they are seriously lacking costumer service. I originally brought my daughter in for her exam and I noticed that the person helping us stopped being helpful when I told her that I was only interested in glasses that my insurance covers 100%.
