Horribel experience with Vision Video Labs. I have no idea how they are still a functioning business...well I guess they aren't functioning.. It took them 20 days for them to even look at it, and then it took weeks to get the parts in. Ridiculous. I don't wish this upon anyone. Like the other man said, they wouldn't be in business if they didn't do warranty work. ugh.
These guys are GREAT ! They came to my house and looked at my dead Sony tv. The men were very polite, well groomed, and knew their stuff. They took my 60" Sony LCD tv to their shop and fixed it for a reasonable price, then delivered it back and hooked all my video gear back to it !! One part they needed got backordered and they called Sony and told me when it was expected in. I found this company to be honest, reasonable, and VERY easy to deal with. I would give them 6 stars if I could !!!
Probably the worst experience I've ever had with any company in the service industry. My last TV took over 3 months for them to fix and numerous other colleagues have had similar experiences. Unfortunately, they are the only place in town where you can get warranty work done, otherwise, I guarantee they would be out of business. Absolutely pathetic.
