I have never in my life met someone as rude as Dr. Costa. It was so bad the office staff apologized to us and referred us to Dr. Kirkpatrick. My children will only see Dr. Kirkpatrick now, she was wonderful with my children and whenever I came in on the wrong day, she didn’t hesitate to go ahead and see my 17 month old. She is phenomenal! We use the west liberty office and I think we’ve been going around 3 years now. Our most recent visit we had Dr. Costa and let me tell you she and the staff were AMAZING with my 2 year old. It was the most easy painless Dr visit I’ve ever had with him. I highly recommend using their office for the whole family but especially the littles.
Very Air efficient staff doctors were great good experience I would recommend it to anyone
For our small town this is the best eye care. Picking out glasses isn't always easy but I liked the people and friendly service.
