The optometrists are good, especially Dr. Davis. Billing is a pain. They charge $50 per child just to make an appointment, which they said would be applied to our bill but the bill doesn't show it. Then they bill you in full even though you have insurance, and our insurance says they paid them also. But we still don't have a credit? It was over $900 for 2 eye exams and 2 pairs of glasses for our kids. We have medical and vision insurance. The eye exams were covered by insurance but they made us pay for them also. My appointments with Dr. Davis and her assistants have far exceeded my expectations. Through Dr. Davis’ professionalism, knowledge, and compassion in addressing and explaining the procedures and treatments needed to correct my eye issues have made a significant difference in my life. Peace of mind, quality of life, and wellbeing are important to me, and I have all of those under Dr. Davis’ care.
