The employees made my grand daughter feel at ease, it was her first time getting an eye exam. They explained all the procedures and allayed all her fears.
The staff is wonderful. Dr. Creekmore is the best! She actually listens to your concerns, is kind, she is very knowledgeable, she explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I go back in a few weeks for further imaging and look forward to it; because I feel seen, heard and happy to have found a Dr that actually wants to help her patients.
We were very pleased with our first visit! The assistant was very friendly and the Dr was very helpful. She told us things about the condition we hadn’t heard in a yr of visits with other doctors. She was insightful, experienced & very helpful!
I arrived with a potential scratched cornea. My eye was completely swollen shut and I was experiencing pain. I arrived during a staff meeting at 8:30am on a Tuesday. I knocked on the door and a staff member answered. Once the staff member answered the door and notified a doctor onsite at the time the doctor said we are open and directed me to Richland er, even though they were there onsite. I ended up at LMC urgent care. I’m just wondering why my own eye doctor didn’t prioritize this over a meeting. I will not be going back.... read more
