I was informed by the front desk prior to my visit that I would only be responsible for my $60 copay. However, when I checked out, a different staff member told me that my balance was $170. When I explained that I had previously been told I would only need to pay $60, she stated that it was a mistake but that I was still responsible for paying the full $170.
Best eye doctor. He really cares. First doctor to diagnose my high eye pressure, tell me I didn't blink fully...he spends time with you and does thorough tests. I moved from NJ to Maryland, and I am struggling to find a comparable doctor. Pondering driving up to see him from now on. Highly recommend.
Mr.rothman was unexperienced and unable to tell that I needed a cycloplegia eye exam and had to go through a lot of focusing issues and weird feeling when wearing contacts and glasses.
