We got a home inspection after purchasing our home. Jack and Elizabeth were wonderful to work with -- they were prompt in scheduling, provided an extremely thorough inspection, took time to answer all our questions and sent us our report in a timely manner. It was a great experience and we highly recommend them!!

Jack Sullivan is an outstanding home inspector. He identified and proposed resolution for every issue he identified when we purchased our new home three years ago. He wrote a detailed report with pictures that we use to address maintenance issues. In addition he a lifetime agreement for free consultations.
