Manager gene didn't handle a terrible situation professionally. How do you not offer someone a different solution when the work done was obviously very wrong. The person who pierced my friends stomach and not her belly button should be fired and my friend should have been offered a solution. Refund, gift card, anything would have been better then what happened all around. Are the people who work here blind or on drugs? Because this is obviously VEry Wrong! The piercing below was done by "Bubba"
don't come here to get a piercing. Bubba pierced my little sisters nose wrong. he pierced it way to high.
