Horrible!!!! Customer service was horrible and anyone I asked that has been there was very unhappy. Reviews must be written by friends.

RecommendedFamily, friends and myself have going to vision for piercings and tattoos for a while and never once had a bad experience. Bubba is great at was he does. will answer any oddball question you have. he always makes sure youre okay with the position of the piercing and lets you know every bit of info you'll need. the staff working there are always polite and friendly. I'll always recommend friends and family

unprofessional n rude..theres been complaints filed w the better business bureau shotty work n infections
Don’t go here, bubba has messed up many many piercings and when asked for a refund from manager, doesnt not care and said Wasn’t our fault so no refund. Well when bubba completely misses the spot thats suppose to be pierced, it kinda is! Unprofessional and rude!
How do you call yourself a shop when you can’t even pierce a belly button correctly or be extremely rude to your customers?Ive never been here and never plan to.Board of Health needs to shut this place down!
unprofessional people. I love piercings and for someone not to not to care about their customers is just down right horrible. one getting a piercing is dangerous already a customer shouldn't have to walk out with anything less than Professionalism. I would like to get my nose pierced, but I will take me good money and business elsewhere
