I am not one to leave reviews often, but I wanted to share my experience incase anyone is considering Vision Specialist on Harrison. Dr. Lexye Bruegman is very sweet but that is the only good thing I have experienced there. The staff has failed on all levels of communication and ownership since I started going to them last year. I have yet to experience a conversation with the staff where they are on the same page, or they take ownership for mistakes they have made. My daughter and I were not enthusiastic about going to a new doctor after moving last fall, but we went today and had a wonderful experience! Everyone was excellent and we’re happy to have found a great doctor with just as great supporting staff. Easy scheduling online, easy check-in, very little wait time, and personable staff throughout the entire appointment. Even better than our last place!

Dr. B. and her team were very friendly and efficient. I had a very good experience and would highly recommend them. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
