I like Dr Martin and Dr Cole overall. But the office staff needs work. Appnts take forever and then sometimes they give you the wrong dates. Has happened multiple times. They have been texting the wrong phone number..it isnt even a cell phone, and I update my phone number with them once or twice a year. They give misinformation on how long you can get new lenses if the prescription is wrong right after a visit. I have been seeing Dr. Martin for years. He is very knowledgeable and stays on top of any problems. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly.
