Great experience at Vision Source Trophy Club. The whole staff was friendly and helpful.
Please AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE. This office avoids taking responsibility to go through health insurance plans and withholds providing prescriptions after wasting patients time to see them. They put the responsibility of coordinating insurance claims squarely on customers even after being provided with proper details upfront. Beyond that not giving a customer prescriptions when that person needs it is not a sign of customer care that we often get to see.
Dr. Lam is awesome!! He is great with my three children and always goes above and beyond when it comes to great care and customer service. We LOVE Dr. Lam!
Dr. Kevin Liam and his staff are the best! I recommend him for everyone!
Very nice staff. Thorough exam and they didn't make me feel rushed. Ordered a beautiful pair of glasses and will return yearly due to the great customer service.
