The obese Hispanic woman who works there is extremely lazy and rude. She doesn't belong working in the sales world. She also smells horrible - like a rotton fish and egg, burnt sulfur smell. It's actually a known medical issue and those who have it cannot smell it! Going back to my Optical Specialist in the North Shore - where the service is great and staff not lazy and smelly.
Dr. Yuvan takes time to listen and find the best solution. Very thankful he works so hard to help his patients be comfortable.

I have been with Dr. Kramer about 15 yrs. I had a flashing floater in my eye yesterday, it scared me and I called Dr. Kramer on his day off. He met me at his office to make sure it was a pull and not a tare. He was right and explained what was going on. Big shout out to Dr. Kramer and his staff who have been wonderful every visit for 15 yrs!
The professional staff and my Doctor, Dr. Kramer have made every visit a pleasure. I have been a patient for years. Dr. Kramer truly cares about his patients and works with them to provide the best vision solutions!
Dr. Yuvan is incredible. Very patient and caring. The office staff is very friendly.
