I’ve been going to vision source for years. I call at the beginning of the week to make an appointment. They were booked until the 16th, so I made an appointment for that date. I asked the receptionist if she could get me in earlier if someone cancels their appointment, she said she would. The next day she called me back because someone canceled their appointment this week, so I was able to get in yesterday instead of the 16th! Great customer service.
