Dr. Cleveland was so sweet! And the staff is here is also really helpful. Making the appointment was simple and easy. When I got in and had my eyes looked at, I went over to look at frames. I can’t remember the techs name who helped me, but she was giving me feedback on how different frames looked on me and everything! Customer service was top tier from start to finish 💖💖💖💖
Terrible place. Went for an eye exam to get prescription and was told I had to sign off on spending up to $195 on miscellaneous items as they saw fit. I told the lady behind the desk I only needed to check my prescription (as I do every year) and she said that was not possible and I had no choice as to what all they were going to do and charge me for. Don't waste your time here, there are too many other honest places to go.
Definitely the best eye doctor I have ever been to and I have been to many! The staff and the Dr are every attentive, patient and thorough. Everyone in office is so amazing. I will never go anywhere else. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience!! I wish I could give even more stars!!!
Love this clinic! Doctors Truong & Cleveland are the best!
