Dr Spence was amazing! Took the time to explain to me what everything meant on my scans, explained my astigmatism without being dismissive/condescending like I've experienced with other docs, was receptive to my goals and eager to help me find the best fit for my vision needs. All of the reception staff were also gracious, friendly, and helpful.
Now named myeyeDr, I went in after having stepped on and demolished my glasses. They fixed them at no cost the same day.
Always a wonderful experience! I've been a patient since March 2017. Staff is overwhelming friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is equipped with modern equipment and convenient to access.
i have seen Dr. Wadman for years. He is truly fantastic and respectful. He is knowledgeable and a great resource.
Dr. Spence is great, she has amazing bedside manner, and across all of my trips to both the Greenfield and Amherst office was accommodating and helpful. There's no doubt in my mind that I will continue to go to her for my eyes. You're really lucking out if you get her as your eye doctor!
