Dr. Parker is the best!!
The whole office from the ladies in the front to the nurse to the Dr's and the ophthalmologist were so very nice and helpful. Very professional and truly cared about how I felt. I recommend them highly
Dr Parker and his entire staff are courteous, professional, thorough. Could not be happier with the customer service i received (ok, maybe if my glasses were free!) Lol

The staff was just amazing!! Loved Dr Parker, and all his staff. Both my teenage kids are special needs and have learning difficulties. The staff could not have been more attentive and patient. I can't thank them enough for such a pleasant experience.
Another patient was taken ahead of me (I was skipped) - no apology from the staff or doctor once they realized. Not the care and concern I expect with regards to service recovery. I valued their time, but don't feel that was reciprocated.
