They are amazing! Always quick and efficient!
This is our second visit to MyEyeDr. My husband, daughter, and I all had exams a week ago. We got new glasses and sunglasses. Dr. Batalo is always friendly, helpful and answers all of our questions. At our most recent visit, our daughter decided she wanted to try contacts. Julie worked with her for 40 minutes to teach our daughter how to put the contacts in and take them out. Julie was patient, encouraging, and so helpful. She was amazing. We love MyEyeDr., and we highly recommend it.
I went to MyEyeDr. for a routine checkup and it was just an average experience. The staff was professional and got me in on time, but the whole process felt a little impersonal and rushed. It was perfectly fine for getting my prescription updated, but it did not leave much of an impression.
Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend their services.
