I took my son to see Dr. Batalo this week for an eye infection. I was so pleased with the doctor and his staff and the empathy they showed to my 14 year old son. Thank you

Staff was friendly and professional but I feel the two Doctors I saw do not have the level of experience or expertise that meet reasonable expectations for quality service. The first doctor I saw could not prescribe and fit me with contact lenses that I could effectively use. On a follow up visit I saw a second Doctor who also could not correct the the first doctor's fitting. I ended up having to go to another provider paying for an exam and contact lens fitting to get the correct ones. I also received a progressive lens eye... read more
