They are fantastic from getting appointments to exams and follow-up. I have had numerous urgent situations and have been able to be seen very quickly. I LOVE everyone at this location and so happy they are so very close to us with needing to be seen more often than normal.

Cherokee at the front desk? Pretty rude. I called and asked if she could verify my insurance to see if I'm covered. Has never been an issue at any vision office I've been to. Why wouldn't I verify before making an appointment? I have her the insurance. She let out a heavy annoyed sigh. I ignored it. I then asked if she could also check my insurance through my job.
