they kind and very catious .and always has smile on there faces .and the doctor very sweet and listens if i have any questions .and explains too me what going on.
They are always friendly and helpful. Anytime I have a problem they get me right in. Dr Stotts is the reason I am still able to see!! They are the BEST!
The front office staff are rude and treat the patient/customer as if it's a privilege to be seen at Vision Source. I would call ahead of my appointment and get an estimate dollar amount that I was expected to pay; the insurance billing lady (brown hair, mid 30's) acted as if it was an inconvenience. The annual contact exam is around 60.00 which is higher than other places around Enid. During my last appointment they conducted a new exam using an iPad, attempted to bill my health insurance but it was rejected. They then charg... read more
