Very bad customer service. NOBODY I MEAN NOBODY smiled. There is a pregnant female at one of the windows and I dont know why she still works there very rude, no eye contact, and not one smile and still wnats to respond in a rude manner.
Dr. Himself Was very informative patient and explained everything thoroughly. Learned a lot about my eyes, eye health, supplements and different lense options. No issues with running my insurance everything “flowed” even though I was a walk in. Thanks again.
Bad attitude from the receptionist she is very young to have that attitude she don’t enjoy her job and because of her I walked out worst attitude she is there to make people fell welcome nor fell bad and leave
The doctor himself if awesome. But the rest of the staff is horrible! I took my daughter and waited 4 hours to be seen, we have medicade and I thought it was weird they still made me pay a $35 fee and we were told we wouldn't be seen if we didn't pay that and it was not covered by insurance. Not sure what scam is going on but I dont recommend this place.
