I have been coming here since I was 8/9, and it has always been a good experience. More recently however, the little girl they have up front has made my experiences not so great. She’s rude, doesn’t speak well to patients, always has an attitude and doesn’t make eye contact. Shes very unprofessional in my opinion, and as someone who has worked front dest before, the impression you give patients/customers is the one they have for the entire clinic/business. doctor is amazing but the staff is horrible. They do not answer the phone and when they do they get upset if you ask about when your glasses will be in. Will not be going back!
So it has been about 2 years sonce I last came here and they do walk-ins from 8am-10am so I show up to be told there is no doctor, only tomorrow and nothing the rest of the week... So why are y'all even open? Like why would they need 3 people in an office that can't do any eye appointment because there is no doctor. Would've given a 1 star but they were pretty good my last visit.
Very rude staff. I hope the doctor reads these reviews as he is a professional, unlike his staff. Unfortunately, patients will decide to take their business elsewhere when dealing primarily with the staff upfront.
Waiting 1 hours as a walk in just to be told that my insurance doesn't cover. I understand they might have different protocols and standards of seeing patients but BEFORE a patients is Waiting for a whole hour, maybe first make sure their insurance is covered first. I was told by my insurance it is covers but I guess not. Rude, not very professional staff.
