Horrible customer service. I think the Dr needs to reconsider who they have working there. Always giving customers hard times even for just simple questions. If you aren’t happy helping others then you all are in the WRONG BUSINESS. Please avoid this place all together. Find someone who truly cares and understands the importance of your well being. It's important to feel respected and valued, especially when it comes to your health. Don't settle for anything less than excellent care!! THIS PLACE IS NOT IT!!
They always have a really bad attitude I been here 5 years ago and still have the bad attitude they just scream at me tru the phone that’s cuz I was asking if I can set up an appointment 🤦🏽♀️
Placed an official complaint with front desk, had called a week prior to set up an appointment for my kids, I was called twice on the day of the appointment to confirm, once I was at the office after filling out all paperwork was told that I only had one appointment and if my other children wanted to be seen it was a 1-2 hour wait. On top of this after telling them it was ok I would only get two seen, they took in a lady and her daughter that had their appointment 40 minutes after mine because the DR. Waited three hours to be seen when my appointment was at 10. Had come here 5 years ago and they had the same issue. Figured we would try again since it’s close but they have the same problems. Won’t be back.
