The Doctor is Great. He is attentive, answered all my questions. My ONLY grief is his front office staff. They are Not the friendliest and helpful personnel. I can understand that they are busy and at times full of patients but common courtesy and friendliness Go a Long Way. They can learn from the Kiezen office staff, smiles and a friendly attitude makes an individuals visit more pleasant. The Office Manager is Good and very helpful, it's just the front office staff that Needs working on......

Very bad customer service. NOBODY I MEAN NOBODY smiled. There is a pregnant female at one of the windows and I dont know why she still works there very rude, no eye contact, and not one smile and still wnats to respond in a rude manner.
Dr. Himself Was very informative patient and explained everything thoroughly. Learned a lot about my eyes, eye health, supplements and different lense options. No issues with running my insurance everything “flowed” even though I was a walk in. Thanks again.
