No. The staff is rude. You call to ask for an appointment and they hang up on you. The prescription I received from them last year was a joke. I don’t know why I even decided on calling them again this year. Just go somewhere else anywhere else but these clowns.
Have been going to them for years even after my insurance ran out. Great exam tools, wonderful doctors, friendly staff. Good selection of frames.
I've been seeing Dr. Steven Klein for over 10 years. He is personable, knowledgeable, and always clearly explains procedures and everything going on with your eyes. No other doctor I've ever had in my young 60 years has ever been so thorough as Dr. Klein. He is the best doctor EVER!
I've been going here for over 20 years! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Two easy access and great locations - Tierrasanta and Rancho Bernardo. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
