The Dr. at Vision Source & Optician Dawn, were really nice & helpful. My apt. Was efficient. I didn't wait very long. Dawn helped me with my glasses , making sure they fit perfectly when I picked them up, & she answered all my questions. I would recommend my friends & family for sure.
My forever eye doctor! They explain everything in detail and are very professional yet fun. Dawn takes a lot of time helping me pick the perfect frames and is honest and kind! She’s makes me laugh every time I go to visit! It’s in an ideal location too and they have saturday hours! Thank you for an amazing experience and explanation about my eye health and care. I can’t wait to pick up my new stylish frames!!!
I have been coming here a few years now and can’t say enough about the service and professionalism I receive. I always work with Dawn who is just the best and always makes you feel welcome! I highly recommend them and their services! 😁
Extremely unprofessional experience. I waited weeks for my glasses and had a scheduled appointment for pickup. Upon arrival, I was laughed at by the front desk staff for simply saying hello. After waiting, I tried the glasses on and they did not fit. I was told there was nothing that could be done to adjust them. I left without the glasses because I cannot use a product that wasn't fitted to me. I would not recommend this location if you expect professional courtesy or standard optical fitting services.
Dawn is always the most helpful and does everything to make your experience pleasant from the hen you walk in the door and until you walk out.
