Vision Solar LLC is the worst company you could work for and do business with. They are incredibly deceitful and dishonest. They use high pressure sales tactics to pressure people into signing contracts during the first sales meeting. They do not pay their employees what they are owed and their managers are unprofessional, condescending, and unfit to manage anyone. They will say anything just to make a sale. If I had the money for a lawyer their equipment would be off my house and every panel of my metal roof that has any equipment on it would be replaced. Well I contacted the owner by email as asked and still no response, he has his money he really doesn't care about customers problems.
I sent this letter twice with no response!! Maybe here I get some answers.. I don't know where to start because I am very upset about this whole process. At first, I was very excited, but now I feel like I want all this stuff off my roof!!!! Everything was pretty much as planned, but the lack of communication is killing me. After installation, the time for inspection came, the inspector approved the electrical but not the roof, because it was missing something. Installed panels December. Have done nothing else. Not connected. Don't answer phone. Worse customer service ever. Stay away from vision solar.
If you are considering Vision Solar, I suggest you run! It has been 6 months and the problems they created for me have still not been resolved. I have over 200 texts and 30 calls to these people. If you love being stressed, this is the company for you! No info was available when I originally checked on them, but the BBB now show an F rating with 34 complaints.
