I met Ken (owner) a couple of years ago. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable in his field of work! I have since purchased two pairs of glasses and a years worth of contacts, recently picking up my second pair of frames and lenses at his store in Concord! I've been a customer of Vision Shoppe for almost 20 years. Ken Eterian, the new owner, is carrying on the tradition of offering brands and styles not readily available anywhere else in NH. I recently purchase a new pair of prescription (progressive) Maui Jim's from Ken and had a great experience from start to finish. Ken solved an issue of my own making with my Maui's professionally and promptly. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend the Vision Shoppe under the ownership of Ken Eterian.
